Greg Broadhurst

The best choice to be our next Cllr

for the Burnham Central Ward of Burnham & Highbridge Town Council.

We need more people like Greg - people who love Burnham and want to get things done for our town.

Burnham Members supporting Greg

More and more people across Burnham are backing local resident Greg to be our new councillor.

“I will work hard to make sure town voices are heard. I’ll be visible, supportive and actively get involved in local issues whilst supporting you.”

About Greg Broadhurst

I work for Weston College teaching and assessing apprentices. After school, I had a variety of jobs - in a factory, as a bar cellarman and then several years on the railways. I served for two years in the Territorials, where I realised the Army was where I belonged, and enlisted in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers."

“Army service took me all over the world including tours in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. I progressed up the ranks to Major, completing 32 years of regular service. Knowing I’d be leaving the Army, ten years ago we settled locally to be near my wife’s family and give our children stability as they completed secondary education.”

“As I travel around Somerset for my work, I am very aware of some of the issues our County and town faces and want to use my skills, knowledge and experience to do something to address these.”

“l hope to continue a lifelong habit of service by becoming your local councillor on Thursday 6 February.”
